CCTA Fall Meeting & Field Day Coming to Castro Valley

Join us August 29 at Castro Valley Tree Farm for the 2026 CCTA Fall Meeting & Field Day.
CCTA members and friends will gather in the East Bay hills for a day of learning, conversation, and time together at Castro Valley Tree Farm.
Historically known as CCTA’s Kick-Off Meeting, this late-summer gathering brings growers together as farms prepare for the Christmas selling season ahead.
This year’s program includes a farm tour and practical sessions covering tree identification and shearing, safe labor practices, Nantucket pine tip moth, wreath making, and more. We’ll also take care of Association business, including Board elections and reviewing the proposed amendments to the Bylaws.
There will be plenty of time to catch up with fellow growers and industry friends, along with a raffle, silent auction, and marketplace.
