Insurance Update: Keelson Renewal Information for Existing Customers

Dear CCTA Members,

We have an important update regarding the Christmas tree liability insurance program through Keelson Partners.

Keelson Partners has begun contacting existing customers regarding renewal for the 2026–27 policy year. According to their most recent communication, the program is not accepting new customers at this time.

If you previously had coverage through Keelson’s Christmas Tree Liability Purchasing Group, please check your email for renewal information and application materials directly from Keelson Partners. If you have not received a communication, we encourage you to contact them directly to inquire about your coverage and renewal options.

Tom Wilkins has asked customers who plan to renew to submit their applications as soon as possible.

This is a welcome development for members who have been waiting for information about their existing coverage. CCTA will continue sharing additional insurance resources and updates as they become available.
